Once your brief is received, DAT will reply with the right next step and (if the brief fits) deep-link the order into the client workspace. Inside the portal the order moves through brief review, formula and spec confirmation, artwork and label review, production and QC, and batch-specific document release.

Why not just a contact form here?
Order briefs need structured fields — target market, format, dose intent, daily count, MOQ tolerance. The portal collects those once and routes the brief to the right manufacturing track.
Do I need an account to send a brief?
No. The portal starts unauthenticated. An account is created once you confirm the brief so you can pick up the client workspace on follow-up visits.
How fast will I hear back?
Once your brief has been reviewed A DAT manufacturer will review the brief and reply with the right next step.
What if my brief doesn’t fit any of the three routes?
Send it anyway. DAT confirms routing after reviewing the brief; the route cards are starting points, not gates.
